Skeptic's Heaven Web site and Multi-Responders are provided by True Wealth Unlimited (TWU) LLC. The following guidelines have been set:

All services provided by True Wealth Unlimited LLC may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

unlawful, obscene, pornographic, hacking, peeking, carding, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful, or that encourages conduct which would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless True Wealth Unlimited LLC from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other parties.

Spam Policies

SPAMMING, or the sending of unsolicited email, using an email address, URL that is maintained on an True Wealth Unlimited LLC machine, or directing traffic to a web page that contains any reference to Skeptic's Heaven, True Wealth Unlimited LLC is STRICTLY prohibited.

Downline Club Members: If you are not yet a paid member/subscriber of Skeptic's Heaven and use our website, our URL, or mention us in ANY way while using SPAM methods you will be placed on our BAN LIST. Anyone placed on this list will NOT be allowed to join the Skeptic's Heaven Opportunity OR use our services.

SH VIPs & EPPs: As a paid member of Skeptic's Heaven if you use our website, our URL, or mention us in ANY way while using SPAM methods or are found to be in violation of these terms your membership will be TERMINATED immediately without any refund and you will be placed on our BAN LIST. Anyone placed on this list will NOT be allowed to join the SH Opportunity again OR use our services.

Customers: If you are a retail customer using a Skeptic's Heaven Multi-Responder hosted by True Wealth Unlimited LLC and are found to be spamming or in violation of ANY part of our SPAM Policy, your account will be deleted without refund.

Use of Skeptic's Heaven email address as a 'reply to' address is Strictly prohibited.

Use of Skeptic's Heaven email address as the 'submitter' address, 'reply to' address, or in any way OTHER than in the body of a message when posting to Free For All (FFA) pages or Electronic Classified Ads boards is Strictly prohibited.

Use of Skeptic's Heaven email address as a 'remove' address is Strictly prohibited.

To send out an advertisement email, you must be replying to an original message! The original message MUST be included with your reply. Any suspected SPAM emails sent to the abuse department that do not have the original message you responded to included will be considered SPAM!

Do NOT reply to automatically generated messages with your Skeptic's Heaven email address . Automatically generated messages include, but is not limited to, replies received when posting to classified ad boards, replies when posting to Free For All (FFA), boards, replies when filling out online forms, replies acknowledging your previous message. Any replies with your Skeptic's Heaven email address to automatically generated messages will be considered SPAM.

Multi-step messages, in which the first message is unsolicited, will be considered SPAM. A multi-step system is when you send out SPAM, then send out your ad when the person replies back. This is Strictly prohibited (and we DO reply to SPAM just to see if our website is mentioned in follow on messages.)

Do not post to more than 5 news groups in one day. ALWAYS check the FAQ for a news group BEFORE posting. Any post that is against the rules or FAQ will be considered SPAM. Any message that is posted more than 5 times in one day will be considered SPAM.

Skeptic's Heaven and True Wealth Unlimited LLC will be the sole arbiters as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. This action WILL RESULT in immediate termination of your account without refund. You will also be placed on our BAN LIST and not be allowed to rejoin or use our services in the future.

Accounts are in default if payment is not received as specified below.

Rules governing Offline payment options:

All mail must be postmarked within 3 BUSINESS DAYS after signup! All Offline payments sent by Postal Service or other delivery service must also be confirmed by email IMMEDIATELY. A "Reply-To Email Address" and "snail mail address" is supplied during the sign up process.

This "confirmation of payment" e-mail must include your FULL name, address, SH ID#, the date payment was sent, the amount sent, and the address it was sent to.

All Offline payments must reach the TWU office no later than 7 business days from postmark for US members and 16 business days from postmark for international members outside the US.

To avoid delay in processing offline paymets, Skeptic's Heaven do not accept personal or business checks! All offline payments submitted must be "money order" or "international money order" in US FUNDS only!

If your payment is returned by the bank as unredeemable, your account will be deemed to be in default, and you will be liable for a "returned item" charge of $25.

All files, information and mail under your account will be preserved from the date the payment is due. If the payment is not received ON TIME, all files, information and mail under your account will be deleted. If you, the subscriber, wishes to use the service again, you must re-apply as a new subscriber.

Anyone has reached the legal age of at least 18 years old may subscribe to our Multi-Responder service & participate in our Skeptic's Heaven Opportunity.

Those who are not of legal age may participate and subscribe under the following conditions:

If you have signed yourself up but are NOT of legal age or are signing up a minor, a parental or legal guardian consent form MUST be sent in to our snail mail address. The form must include ALL pertinent information as well as your signature to verify and confirm that you will take FULL responsibility for the complete management of the minor's account.

This includes but is not limited to the purchasing of new subscriptions services/Business Centers under said account and the distribution and handling of ALL monies within said account. You realize you will be held liable for any misdirection/mishandling of funds, or any tax liability for the minor and INDEMNIFY True Wealth Unlimited LLC and Skeptic's Heaven from any blame or culpability or liability in any lawsuit that arises concerning this account. This consent form will be kept on file for our records.

You also understand that our services are being offerred INTERNATIONALLY and as such it is NOT the duty of Skeptic's Heaven or True Wealth Unlimited LLC to check with each locality on this issue. You agree that it is YOUR duty and that you have taken proper steps to ensure that compliance with your local authorities have been met in regards to minors doing business online.

For a VIP wholesale subscription with one Multi-Responder, you receive 3 months service for a $35 subscription fee, renewable for the same low price quarterly.

For an EPP wholesale subscription with 7 Multi-Responders, your receive 3 months service for a $175 subscription fee, renewable for the same low price quarterly.

You, as subscriber to this service, agree to renew your subscription on or before the quarterly anniversary date of when you joined to maintain your membership in good standing.

You've authorized us, the service provider, to automatically deduct the $35 VIP subscription renewal fee, or $175 EPP subscription renewal fee if that was your subscription, plus $5 administration cost, directly from your commission or bonus account on or before the due date to extend your subscription and membership benefits.

You understand there is an initial up front $5 Payroll setup cost (one time only), thus bringing your first subscription cost to a total of $45 for a VIP subscription & $185 for an EPP subscription. This is due when you purchase your Multi-Responder subsciption/Business Center.

Note that the $5 Payroll set up is a ONE-TIME payment and is NOT factored into the quarterly renewals which are then just $35 or $175 plus $5 admin.

As a member/subscriber in good standing to our "Ad-Free Multi-Responder" subscription services, you've agreed to market (sell) our subscription services to others as an Independent Representative (SH VIP or EPP) and not as an employee of TRUE WEALTH UNLIMITED or SKEPTIC'S HEAVEN.

In return for your services, we've agreed to pay you compensation (commissions and bonuses) as outlined in our PAY-PLAN schedules.

The renewal fee paid by you will extend your current subscription service and also give you a NEW BUSINESS CENTER(s) within the program to further multiply your compensations. Your new B/Center(s) will be placed in the first available opening and build a NEW downline.

We would like to avoid any possible delays or problems with renewal payments that may cause unnecessary cancellation of subscription and membership. Therefore, you agree that after your account balance reaches a minimum balance of $110, we will maintain a minimum balance of $40 in your commission/bonus account to cover your next renewal.

This $40 will be used to pay the $35+$5 admin fee when your next renewal comes due. If your commission/bonus account has an insufficient balance to cover the renewal cost when due, you will be invoiced for the renewal amount.

You understand that to keep your VIP membership status in good standing you MUST maintain at least ONE Multi-Responder at all times. If you purchase the VIP subscription and wish to sell our services to retail customers, you must keep your first subscription for your own personal use and purchase another wholesale subscription or EPP subscription that you may then sell.

If you subscribe to our EPP service then you must keep at least ONE of your 7 VIP subscriptions for your own personal use. You may then sell, redistribute or give away any or all of your remaining 6 subscriptions. If you need more than 6 you must purchase another VIP or EPP subscription accordingly.

IMPORTANT! ALL bonus Business Centers given with each subscription are NON-TRANSFERABLE. You cannot sell, give away, or in any way transfer your Business Center unless express written consent has been given to you by Skeptic's Heaven or True Wealth Unlimited LLC. However you CAN transfer yourMulti-Responders to another individual or business in whatever manner best suits your needs. This may include but is not limited to: retail selling, bonus give-aways with a product, free gifts, free trials, etc.

Failure to maintain (in good standing) at least ONE VIP subscription for your own personal use WILL result in the termination of your account and you will forfeit your right to any further commissions and bonuses.

You understand that there is a "RISK FREE 60 day Trial" period in which you may use and evaluate your Multi-Responder service. This is a 60 day guarantee ONLY and does NOT extend past sixty days of your initial subscription purchase date.

The guarantee is for the initial subscription cost ONLY ($35 or $175) and does not apply to the administration or any other fees.

VIP: Within the first 60 days after you purchase your VIP quarterly subscription, if you are not 100% completely satisfied with your Multi-Responder service you may request a refund. We will immediately credit your account, for the amount of $35.00.

Executive Premium Pak (EPP): Within the first 60 days after you purchase your EPP quarterly subscriptions, if you are not 100% completely satisfied with your Multi-Responder services you may request a refund. We will immediately credit your account, for the amount of $175.00 (if you have received NO commission and/or bonuses from your EPP).

ATTENTION ALL US MEMBERS!! IRS rules require Skeptic's Heaven & True Wealth Unlimited LLC to report your 1099 form correctly for tax reporting purpose on your earnings from Skeptic's Heaven and we need you to fill in your tax information with care.

Individuals: Please ensure you only use your personal SSN when signing up. DO NOT use your SSN to sign up family or friends, unless you are willing to accept the tax liability and subsequent fines for those people.

Organizations, Corporations, and Businesses: Please input your CORPORATE NAME AND FEIN. Your FEIN was the number the IRS gave you when you applied to become a business or organization.

NOTE: If you are a SOLE PROPRIETOR of a business you can use your business name with your SSN.

International Members: You may use 111-11-1111 for the SSN field.

WARNING! You will be subject to 30% withholding fee if your name does not match SSN or FEIN.

If you fail to comply to these conditions, you risk IMMEDIATE termination of your membership from Skeptic's Heaven and will be held responsible for ALL fines and/or penalties suffered as a result of your own negligence!

You, as a subscriber agree that the company (Skeptic's Heaven or True Wealth Unlimited LLC) has the right to delete all data, files or other information that is stored in your account if your account with the company is terminated, for any reason, by Skeptic's Heaven or True Wealth Unlimited LLC or by you.

Skeptic's Heaven and True Wealth Unlimited LLC shall have the right to suspend service to you, the subscriber, at any time, and for any reason, without notice. If such a suspension is to last for more than 20 days, you will be notified as to the reason.

Service provided by True Wealth Unlimited may be canceled in writing at any time with no penalty. Customer Subscription ID must be included in the cancellation request. Cancellation will take effect only when the receipt of the cancellation request is confirmed by Skeptic's Heaven. True Wealth Unlimited LLC (TWU) reserves the right to change the rate by notifying you 30 days in advance of the effective date of the change.

Skeptic's Heaven and True Wealth Unlimited LLC exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through Skeptic's Heaven or True Wealth Unlimited LLC Systems.

You are prohibited from transmitting on or through any of Skeptic's Heaven or True Wealth Unlimited LLC services, any material that is, in Skeptic's Heaven or True Wealth Unlimited LLC sole discretion, unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful, or that encourages conduct which would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.

Skeptic's Heaven and True Wealth Unlimited LLC makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. Skeptic's Heaven and True Wealth Unlimited LLC also disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Skeptic's Heaven and True Wealth Unlimited LLC will not be responsible for any damages suffered. This includes loss of data resulting fromdelays, nondeliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by Skeptic's Heaven or True Wealth Unlimited LLC negligence or the subscriber's errors or omissions. Use of any information obtained via Skeptic's Heaven or True Wealth Unlimited LLC is at your own risk. Skeptic's Heaven and True Wealth Unlimited LLC specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.

Should any provision of this agreement be held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court law, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain unaffected thereby unless otherwise stated.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.
