Your Awesome Account Functions
and Benefits Explained!!!
.....................................................................................................................................
|
User Account Functions:
- Log in - Process
will set a database flag that will determine the length of
time the log in is active. This flag is selectable and
changeable.
- Log out - To
ensure security of your session, there is also a log out
button that will override the automatic log out feature to
allow your system to stay secure all the time.
- HTML E-Mail can
now be sent out by setting a switch which is associated with
each message allowing you to intersperse regular text E-Mails
with HTML E-Mails. This allows sending either HTML style
E-Mails or text style E-Mails on a per message basis.
- Edit
autoresponder contact info.
- allows you to edit your personal contact record. This allows
for changes in your address, email, phone number, etc.
- Change
password -
enter new passwords to effect a change.
- Set
various response emails - This
function allows you to configure how your email addresses will
be structured in emails that are sent out by the system.
- Modify
autoresponder messages - This
function allows you to create your autoresponder message
sequence.
- Send
a cold message to all active people-
allows for contacting the autoresponder contact list (both
active and archived emails) either demographically or to the
entire list.
- Manually
delete an email from the database
- A simple form to allow you to delete particular emails from
the list.
- Manually
add an email to the system
- adds an email into the messaging system. After sending, it
is set up for the wait period for the next message.
- Export
- Allows for export of emails in various formats. You can
export all emails, just active emails, just archived emails or
run a demographic export on all emails.
- Import
an email list - Allows
for importation of large numbers of emails in a single
operation.
- Set
up demographics data - allows
a person, through forms, to set up demographics questions and
items (one per line) for a pull down menu of options for the
question.
- Set
up appropriate headers and footers
- form to set up headers and footers. Used for email messages
and for any autogenerated forms.
- Set
up auto remove choices-
Allows you to add a friendly message to the remove links that
get generated in the emails.
- Design
a web based sign up form / thank you page
- the sign up form is actually auto generated based on
header/footer info and default data collection info and
demographic info if any. The only input field that is required
is the email address which must be validated. All other fields
are optional. This form can be copied and edited and posted to
your domain as a standalone form if desired.
- Email
personalization on/off -
Allows a switch to turn on or off email personalization
features.
- Defaults
used if no personalization info is available
- To avoid a presentation of "Dear John" when no
"name" exists", we allow for default
substitutions for this field so the emails being generated
make logical sense.
- Customer signup setup
- allows you to redirect the customer to whatever 'Thank You'
page you want so it can be on the autoresponder owner's
domain rather than fully under the control of Skeptic's
Heaven. This helps to better control the look and feel of the
customer experience.
- E-Mail Flow Through
- a programmable switch to determine whether or not you
receive a copy of the original customer sign-up E-Mail.
- E-Mail reject filter
that allows the autoresponder owner to not accept E-Mail from
certain domains. For instance, if the autoresponder owner did
not want anyone to subscribe with a HOTMAIL account, that
domain can be filtered out and not allowed.
- Delete Confirmation
- sent whenever a customer is deleted from the database.
- Addition of a new
customization variable 6/29/2001 - allows you to build
messages with date sensitivity in them. The functionality and
usage is described in 'E-Mail Personalization Settings' in
the Autoresponder Owner's Manual.
- Autoresponder owners can now initiate
an automated password lookup on the login page that will
send password details to their signup E-Mail address.
- Statistics tracking
that reveals when a customer removes himself from the
autoresponder sequence.
A Few Suggestions From A Seasoned
Network Marketing Veteran
If I were a serious believer in my
network marketing / MLM business and I was doing activities on the
web, I would use Skeptic's Heaven Email Marketing System in a wide
variety of ways to benefit my business in many areas. Recruiting,
training and retail sales will be the examples explored here below.
Lets start with recruiting.
If I were using this system for recruiting, I would have one or more
autoresponder sequences explaining the benefits of my program and
the great support I offer my downline. Here are some examples:
Recruiting:
1. I would set up an
autoresponder sequence to explain the basic program and all
sorts of follow-ups to reinforce what a good plan it was, how
great the products were and how great my support to my downline
is. This particular autoresponder sequence would primarily
concentrate on the business opportunity and would be targeted to
people primarily looking for a business opportunity. 2. I would set up a
second sequence, similar to the first but with a focus on the
products and their great quality. The sequence would still
describe the business and revenue possibilities but the focus
would be on the products. This sequence would be targeted to the
people who first and foremost want quality products and want to
take pride in their PRODUCT business. 3. I would offer
everyone who signs up in my downline this tool to build their
downline too. There are a few ways this can be done. If the
messages were generic, I could use the 'copy' setting and set
the autoresponder message count to 0 when I set up their
accounts and effectively give them exactly my sequences without
the ability to edit the messages. If they were not generic, I
could still use the "copy" setting to give them the
messages and then edit the particulars for each downline member.
Lastly, I could give them blank autoresponders to use to promote
the business how they see fit. (And if I wanted to, I could
actually sell this service to my downline as a recruiting
tool...) 4. As this is a
prospecting tool, I would also be building up a mailing list
that I could contact manually whenever I wanted by using the
autoresponder administration panel. This allows me to send
custom messages to the prospects - such as a special sign-up
bonus that is going on for the next 10 days or something
similar.
Training:
1. I would build one or
more autoresponder sequences for training on the various aspects
of the MLM, how to recruit, how to use autoresponders and the
internet in your business, motivational messages, etc. There is
no limit to the number of timed training programs that can be
structured. 2. I would offer the
training programs to my downline for their use. In this
instance, since they are meant to be autopilot tools and only
for the members of my downline and their downlines, there is
probably value of just setting up one autoresponder for each
training program and allowing the downline members to subscribe
their downline directly to these training sequences.
Retail Sales:
1. There are lots of
folks who sell the products in the MLM as well as work the
business opportunity. An autoresponder sequence can be built for
each of the products to educate the possible customer about the
product and work towards a sale. Additionally, a pitch to join
the MLM can be weaved into the message sequence so a retail
sales sequence can also be a recruiting sequence. 2. You are building a
mailing list of prospects interested in specific products. This
means if you have a special on a particular product or if you
become a distributor for a new product that would be of interest
to the people who expressed interest in a particular product,
you can contact them directly through the administration panel
and let them know of special pricing or the new product that you
think they will enjoy.
The last issue to discuss here is
that of timeliness. The autoresponder has a variable that you can
set in the messages to strengthen the call to action. For instance,
you can say to your customer, "Tom, if you sign up before
7/2/2001, you will get the following free training bonuses from
me!" or whatever other time sensitive message you care to
put in the messages. (By the way, both the name and the date were
placed in the above line automatically by the system.)
The Skeptic's Heaven Email
Marketing System can do all of the above and much more to automate
your online business, sales & marketing, or any information
distribution routines with little or no effort on your part. The
only limit is your imagination!
This Email Marketing System is a
MUST for anyone involves in Sales & Marketing to maximize
performance with little effort & cost!!!
